Adult ADHD Service

What is Adult ADHD Service

Adult ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) Services provide support for adults struggling with the symptoms of ADHD, a condition often characterized by difficulties with focus, organization, impulsivity, and time management. While ADHD is commonly associated with children, many adults continue to experience these challenges, impacting their careers, relationships, and daily functioning. Adult ADHD services can include diagnosis, counseling, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and medication management. These services aim to help individuals develop strategies to manage their symptoms, improve productivity, and enhance overall quality of life.
