What is Adult ADHD Service
Adult ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) Services provide support for adults struggling with the symptoms of ADHD, a condition often characterised by difficulties with focus, organisation, impulsivity, and time management. Adults who suspect ADHD may recall struggling with symptoms throughout childhood and continue to be challenged impacting on; their career, relationships, quality of life and daily functioning.
REFLECT Adult ADHD diagnosis can support transition to University, employment assistance tailored guidance and support. Post diagnosis daily management of Adult ADHD through therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Psycho education. REFLECT’s specialised service aims to help individuals develop strategies to manage their symptoms, improve productivity, and enhance their overall quality of life.
