Adult ADHD Service
While some people with ADHD(Attention-Deficit/HyperactivityDisorder) have fewer symptoms as they age, many adults continue to have major symptoms. Symptoms in adults are more subtle and harder to catch than in children. Adults who suspect ADHD may recall struggling with symptoms throughout childhood and continue to be challenged, impacting on their career, relationships, quality of life and daily functioning.
REFLECT Adult ADHD diagnosis provides support for adults struggling with symptoms that may include inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, disorganisation, restlessness, mood swings, time management & trouble coping with stress.
Post diagnosis:
REFLECT’s specialist service aims to help individuals develop strategies to manage their symptoms, improve productivity, and enhance their overall quality of life with daily management of Adult ADHD, in addition to therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Psychoeducation.
