What is Anxiety

Anxiety is a natural response to stress, that can become excessive and persistent such as a constant source of worry or fear, in certain situations. Anxiety can manifest itself physically with uncomfortable bodily sensations such as a rapid heart beat, shortness of breath or psychologically through feelings of dread, restlessness, or difficulty concentrating.
Whilst anxiety is not uncommon a common chronic anxiety can interfere with relationships, work, and general health well-being.
