What is Dipression
Depression is a serious mental health condition that affects how a person feels, thinks, and handles daily activities. It’s more than just feeling sad or going through a rough patch—it’s a prolonged state of emotional and physical exhaustion that can interfere with every aspect of life. Symptoms often include persistent sadness, loss of interest in activities, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, changes in sleep or appetite, and even thoughts of self-harm. Fortunately, depression is treatable through therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, and a strong support system. Seeking help is the first step towards healing.
